Sports massages are not just for athletes, but for anyone who regularly engages in repetitive actions. A sports massage can help prepare your body before strenuous activity and also relieve your muscles once the activity is over.
Laser therapy uses powerful energy to treat a variety of imperfections on the skin. Therapies include skin tag removal, blood blisters, thread veins, verrucae and hair removal. Laser therapy is non -invasive and it works by emitting heat on the area of concern and cauterising it.
This treatment is an alternative to laser hair removal. Electrolysis works well on light, blonde, grey or white hair on the face and body. It doesn't target the hair pigment (colour) like laser treatment but instead attacks the follicle itself.
Milia are small white hard bumps that are usually located on the skin of the cheeks, forehead, under the eyes and eyelids. They occur when the sweat glands become trapped with oil and keratin beneath the surface of the skin.
