Covid-19 Update

We are so  pleased and excited to announce that Chalfont Wellness has now re-opened!

 Measures have been put in place after carrying out a thorough risk assessment to ensure the safety of our clients/patients, practitioners, and members of staff. These measures will be reviewed on an ongoing basis and updated where necessary.

Protocols and sanitisation policies

  • Protective Perspex screen on reception desk
  • Hand sanitiser/ anti- bacterial hand soap available at reception, therapy rooms and WC
  • Disposable paper hand towels provided.
  • Reception area and WC regularly cleaned and sanitised
  • Therapy rooms cleaned and freshly sterilised before and after each client/patient.
  • Appropriate PPE worn by all practitioners.
  • 2 metre social distancing floor markings.

Procedures for your appointments and when you come into the clinic.

  • To maximise social distancing, only 2 clients/patients allowed in the reception area.
  • We would kindly request you arrive at your appointed time and not earlier.
  • Your practitioner will meet you at the reception door and guide you to the therapy room.
  • Please wear a face mask upon arrival to the clinic and when you leave.
  • Payments preferably by card or contactless.

 

If you have any Covid-19 symptoms before your appointment, please call your practitioner or receptionist to let them know and to reschedule your appointment to another day.
